Rolwaling Trek

Rolwaling trek being strenuous, technical climbing experience and good mountaineering gear are essential. Rolwaling is more sparsely inhabited thus the natural surroundings have been relatively undisturbed. This is an excellent habitat for a wide variety of plants and animals; 526 species of plants, 40 species of orchids and 300 species of birds. Interesting wild animals include many kinds of monkeys, the Himalayan thar, gaur, and the musk deer, Himalayan black bear, wild dog and more than 250 species of birds. The trek route passes by sherpa village, yak pastures, enormous glacier lake, spectacular views of Rolwaling Range, glacier village and more.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu, transfer to hotel B/B

Day 02: Kathmandu free Day, hotel B/B

Day 03: Bus drive: Ktm - Barabise, Trek Starts: Kabre, camp

Day 04: Dolongsa, camp

Day 05: Tinsang Pass, camp

Day 06: Chilangka (Gyalsung Danda), camp

Day 07: Nathale, camp

Day 08: Simigaon, camp

Day 09: Sakpa, camp

Day 10: Nyimare, camp

Day 11: Beding, camp

Day 12: Yalung Ri base camp, camp

Day 13: Yalung Ri ascent - Na, camp

Day 14: Reserve Day, camp

Day 15: Sangma, camp

Day 16: Tsho Rolpa, camp

Day 17: Drolambao, camp

Day 18: Trashi Labtsa, camp.

Day 19: Thame Gompa, camp

Day 20: Namche, camp

Day 22: Flight : Lukla - Kathmandu, hotel
